Order Cancellation & Full Refund
We support order cancellation requests with valid conditions. Customers are eligible to cancel their orders before the product is produced or shipped, and a full refund will be issued for successfully cancelled orders. Once the product has been shipped out, order cancellation will no longer be accepted.
After the cancellation application is confirmed and approved, we will process your refund within 3-7 working days. The refund fund will be automatically returned to your original payment method.
Returns Policy
We accept product return applications from customers. Customers have the right to apply for a product return within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, intact, and in the same original condition as received, with complete original packaging. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received the refund within the stipulated time, please follow the steps below for verification: First, double-check your bank account transaction records. Then contact your credit card company, as refund posting usually requires a certain processing period. Next, confirm with your bank for possible delayed processing.

Return Shipping Fee Regulations
If the return is initiated due to personal reasons of the consumer (such as personal dislike, wrong purchase, unnecessary order, etc.), the consumer shall bear the full return shipping fee. The specific shipping cost shall be subject to the charging standard of the express company you choose.
If the return is caused by our official reasons, including but not limited to damaged goods, incorrect goods delivered, missing accessories or quality problems, the consumer is exempted from all return shipping fees, and we will bear the corresponding shipping cost.
